What Sets Us Apart? Personal Connection.
We provide more to our clients than just legal documents. Our firm not only helps our clients tailor a plan specific to them, whether that be an all-inclusive Dynasty Trust or a simple Will, we also work to keep their plan up to date with their wishes, the law, and their financial means. Even more importantly, our attorneys are dedicated to seeing that our clients’ estate plans are followed through even after they are gone. The attorneys here at the Rutledge Law Firm have served and continue to serve as Personal Representatives, legal counsel to Estate Executors, and independent Trustees to dozens of Trusts and Estates. Our goal is to see your plan through, from creation to administration.
